TECO 2030 progresses on the fuel cell technology development

TECO 2030 has showcased its 400kW fuel cell module, the FCM400, after three years of development. The FCM400 is being billed as the world’s most compact and efficient inherently safe marine fuel cell system. The company has also partnered with AVL, which will conduct a wide range of tests on the FCM400, as well as improve its efficiency and power output, in Austria. Safety is a key priority, with TECO 2030’s fuel cell system designed to minimise the consequence of potential hazards.
