Atos, the French IT company, reported lower third-quarter revenue due to the performance of its loss-making Tech Foundations unit. Atos is currently in talks to sell its Tech Foundations division to Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, which would end its initial plan to split the group into two listed entities. While the company’s Eviden division performed well, the Tech Foundations unit offset those gains. Atos confirmed its full-year targets for organic sales, operating margin, and cash burn for the year.
