Infiniti teases EV segment debut with sporty Vision Qe fastback concept

Infiniti, the luxury car brand owned by Nissan, has unveiled its Vision Qe concept electric vehicle, hinting at the design direction for its future electric models. The concept features a sleek, aerodynamic design with Porsche-like rear styling and a distinctive illuminated closed grille with the redesigned three-dimensional Infiniti logo. Infiniti is late to the electric vehicle market, with its first battery-powered model expected later in the decade, but the Vision Qe concept showcases the brand’s new design language. It also comes as the luxury automaker prepares to revamp its product lineup, including the redesign of the QX80 flagship SUV and the introduction of the QX65, a two-row midsize crossover.
