Microsoft has launched an AI bug bounty program, starting with an assessment of the AI-powered Bing experience. The program encourages researchers globally to uncover vulnerabilities in Bing’s chatbot and AI integrations.
Researchers who discover vulnerabilities can be eligible for bounty rewards ranging from $2,000 to $15,000. Other products and integrations, such as AI-powered Bing integration in Microsoft Edge and the Skype Mobile app, are also eligible for rewards.
The program aims to identify significant vulnerabilities with a direct impact on customer security. Last year, Microsoft awarded $13.8 million in incentives to 345 security researchers worldwide across 17 bug bounty programs.
