It has 400+ employees, including registered agents, California Tax Education Council (CTEC) certified tax advisors, and tax lawyers with a background in business, tax, and corporate governance. David brings 20+ years of experience growing and leading financial services companies. Most recently, Optima Tax`s evolution into an award-winning customer experience brand by creating an award-winning employee experience. He has been recognized for his leadership skills locally and nationally and has twice been named “Top 50 CEOs” in the U.S. by Glassdoor based on employee feedback. Although I was fortunate enough to attend the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, early in my career I had a pretty rude awakening from my lack of knowledge in personal finance. Several years after college, I went through stressful times making ends meet, living paycheck after paycheck, racking up debt, and all without proper planning for the future.
I realized that if I didn`t know the basic financial concepts like insurance, credit, savings and tax planning. that many other people must be in the same boat. I have seen first-hand that there is a lack of professional financial service providers who focus on the people who often need good help the most, and my companies have set out to change that. Negar strives to deliver exceptional results to its clients. She brings several years of experience in tax resolution, processing offers in the context of compromises, collection hearings, appeals and advance representation in personal and commercial matters. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Negar also holds an LL.M in International Tax/Taxation and Offshore Planning from Saint Thomas University School of Law. She was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the State of Michigan. I am truly honored to be included in this prestigious list.

Harry Langenberg has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including investment banking for technology companies at Merrill Lynch. He is a graduate of Wharton Business School and the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. Harry is a board member of the Better Business Bureau of the Pacific Southwest and a board member of the Orangewood Foundation, a local charity that supports foster and neglected children. He is also a member of the Young Presidents` Organization, a global leadership community.
