Omoyele Sowore, the convener of RevoluntionNow has arrived an Abuja court for his re-arraignment on Monday.
The State Security Service has failed to obey a court order by Justice Taiwo Taiwo to release Sowore on bail after the expiration of the 45-day detention order granted to the SSS.
He however said that he was ready for the re-arraignment process of the fresh charges laid before him by the Department of State Services and the Nigerian government.
The publisher of SaharaReporters, an online medium, has appeared in court the proceedings.
He was arrested by the SSS on August 3, over the RevolutionNow protest which he masterminded.
“We are in court, of course to attend to their ridiculous charges and we are ready for them,” Sowore said with a smile on his face,” detaied Sowore said.
